COMPULSORY BASIC TRAINING

Compulsory Basic Training follows a Driving and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) course outline with a DVSA fully approved instructor. The CBT will normally take you from complete novice to competent learner motorcyclist in one day. We begin with an 'off road' session in a safe area followed by a minimum 2 hour session on the road. When the instructor will assess your riding ability.

> Stop Engine

ELEMENT E
Practical On Road Riding:

> roundabouts
> junctions
> pedestrian crossings
> gradients
> bends
> traffic lights, obstructions

ELEMENT C
Practical Onsite Riding:

> Moving Off And Stopping
> Using Both Brakes
> Cornering, Gear Changing
> Riding Slowly, Figure Of 8
> U Turns, Emergency Stops
> Rear Observations, Left/Right Turns
